Manager
The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the arcade and karaoke bar. Responsibilities include handling finances, arranging events, hiring and firing employees, performing payroll, and maintaining arcade machinery availability. The Manager may also assist on the floor during busy periods and organize promotional events. This role is open to students, villagers, and graduated alumni. Once accepted, you may put “MKV: Arcade Manager” in your titler.
Technician
The Technician is responsible for maintaining arcade games and karaoke equipment. Duties include emptying coin slots, reimbursing patrons for malfunctioning games, repairing machines, troubleshooting karaoke equipment, managing the redemption counter, and acting as cashier. Technicians may also intervene if patrons become rowdy. This role is open to students and villagers. Once accepted, you may put “MKV: Arcade Technician” in your titler while on duty.
