✒️ I. Introduction
At Mugen Kuppuku Academy, education extends far beyond the classroom walls.
Clubs, sports teams, and committees form the vibrant heartbeat of student life — places where friendships are forged, rivalries ignite, and ambitions take shape.
These organizations give students the opportunity to express creativity, leadership, and passion through hands-on experiences that define their academic and social journeys. Whether through art and athletics, music and mentorship, or teamwork and tradition, every student can find a place to belong.
From official school-sponsored clubs to underground student circles, each group plays a unique role in the Academy’s story. Students are encouraged to participate, collaborate, and lead — ensuring that Mugen’s legacy of excellence thrives both in and out of the classroom.

✒️ II. Starting a Club (Official or Unofficial)
Want to start a club? Great! In Mugen Kuppuku Academy, there are two types of clubs: Official and Unofficial. Official clubs are recognized by the school and include groups such as art, music, and dance. Unofficial clubs are not recognized and typically include fan clubs, secret societies, popularity clubs, or fight clubs. The only kind of club that won’t be accepted are cliques. Part of the club experience is the struggle to gain permission, space, funds, and favors to make your club happen. Use these challenges to build storylines and rivalries that deepen your character’s journey.
To start your own Unofficial Club
No IC permission is required, but OOC approval must be requested from the Mugen Kuppuku Island Game Master (via PM, notecard, or #poke-an-admin channel on Discord). Unofficial clubs must be founded by students but may include faculty, villagers, or affiliated-sim members. Once approved, you may begin roleplay immediately. Unofficial clubs receive a forum their leader can moderate. They cannot create SL groups or Discord servers but may use IC blogs or webpages within their forum.
a) Roleplaying an Official vs. Unofficial Club
Official clubs may receive faculty support, promotion, and challenges from administration. Unofficial clubs operate independently but can seek OOC help from Game Masters if needed. Both types may collaborate with groups from affiliated sims listed in the Affiliates Guidebook.
b) Club Maintenance
Activity checks are periodically performed for official clubs. Inactive clubs may be disbanded and archived. Unofficial clubs fade naturally from the storyline if inactive.

✒️ III. Starting a Sports Team
Sports teams bring prestige, popularity, and cross-sim connections to Mugen. They are a fun way to encourage competition and team spirit both in and out of the Academy.
a) Roleplaying a Sports Team
Teams gain notoriety through Student Council support and competitions. You can host clean-ups, fundraisers, and cross-sim matches with affiliated groups.
b) Sports Team Maintenance
Periodic activity checks ensure captains stay active. If a captain is inactive, leadership passes to a member; if no one accepts, the team is archived until revived.

✒️ IV. Starting a Committee
Committees are short-term groups formed for specific projects or events, such as the Valentine’s Day Committee, Welcoming Committee, or First Year Students Committee. They automatically disband after their goal is completed.
a) Roleplaying a Committee
Committees may collaborate with faculty or Student Council to gain support and visibility. They often serve both the Academy and the community through service projects and events.
b) Committee Maintenance
Committees disband once their set time expires. Their forums are archived until the next event or re-activation.
