✒️ I. Introduction
School Records are the official administrative files for students enrolled at Mugen Kuppuku Academy. These records document notable incidents, disciplinary actions, achievements, commendations, and any other events that leave a lasting mark on a student’s academic life.
While most records focus on the student’s time at Mugen, they may also reference relevant history from middle school or high school when it directly affects their status at the academy.
In-character, these files are accessible to faculty, appropriate staff, and certain Student Council members when needed. Out of character, they exist to support storytelling, consequences, and character development—not to punish players.
✒️ II. Using the School Records System
The School Records page on the website serves as a curated index of student history. Each student will have a dedicated section that summarizes major incidents and notes in a clear, easy-to-read format.
What can appear in School Records?

Rule violations (curfew, fighting, contraband, harassment, etc.)

Dorm or classroom disturbances

Academic issues (cheating accusations, chronic absence, exceptional performance)

Commendations and awards

Medical or welfare notes that staff should be aware of

Major plot events that logically require “paperwork”
Who can use this information in-character?

Faculty and staff who would reasonably have access to student files

Student Council members, when acting in an official capacity

Game masters and administrators to support ongoing plots
Students may request to review their own records through the Headmaster, School Secretary, or another appropriate authority figure.
Out of character, players may always ask staff what has been recorded for their character and may suggest new entries when something important happens.
✒️ III. Submitting a School Incident Report
Because the School Records are curated, players cannot edit them directly. Instead, you’ll submit an incident or achievement report to the administrators, who will review it and add it to the page in the proper format.

Student-specific School Records will be listed here as they are created. Each student will have a dedicated section summarizing their notable incidents, achievements, and administrative notes.
Entries will be organized alphabetically by character name and updated as new reports are submitted and approved by the administration.
