a) Background
Students of Mugen Kuppuku Academy live within a high-pressure environment that blends prestige, ambition, and rivalry. Social connections, club affiliations, and relationships with the Student Council can all influence a student’s reputation and opportunities. While classes are academically challenging, success at Mugen often depends as much on social navigation as on scholarly achievement.
b) Dorm Life
Each student belongs to a dormitory that serves as their home and community within the Academy.
Dorms often have their own traditions, rivalries, and unique atmospheres. Housemasters and Student Representatives oversee the wellbeing and discipline of dorm members and serve as the link between the dorms and the Student Council.
c) Academics & Clubs
Students attend classes hosted by faculty and may participate in school-sponsored clubs or sports teams. Clubs are central to student culture and must be approved by both a faculty sponsor and the Student Council. Active participation in clubs can earn recognition, social standing, and valuable connections.
d) Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to follow both Academy rules and Student Council regulations. Minor offenses may be handled directly by the Student Council, while more serious cases are referred to faculty or administration. Students who demonstrate good conduct and initiative may be recommended for higher positions such as dorm representative or Council intern.
e) Student Involvement
Ambitious students can advance through leadership opportunities, event participation, or club management. Those wishing to join the Student Council must show consistent activity, good roleplay conduct, and a willingness to assist with Academy events and discipline in-character.
f) Communication & Records
Students are encouraged to use the Mugen Kuppuku Forums and Academy Discord for communication, posting schedules, and coordinating events. Announcements, activity sign-ups, and meeting notes are posted regularly through these channels.

✒️ III. Mugen Kuppuku Academy Student Council Guidebook
a) Background
In Mugen Kuppuku Academy, the Student Council represents the elite leaders of the student body. They are hand-picked by the school administration based on academic prowess, prestige, or sometimes political favor.
Those who oppose the Council risk social ostracization, difficulty advancing, and denial of services such as dorm transfers, club approvals, or student event sponsorships. Whether loved or feared, the Council is a powerful force within Academy life.
b) Powers
Student Council members are chosen out of character by the Administration of Mugen Kuppuku Island. This position is granted to roleplayers who demonstrate leadership, maturity, and consistent activity.
In-character powers include:
➡ Arranging student events such as parties, fashion shows, or competitions.
➡ Approving dorm changes for students.
➡ Speaking directly with the Headmaster or administrative faculty about student issues.
➡ Approving faculty-sponsored clubs.
➡ Mediating disputes between students or referring them to counselors or faculty when necessary.
c) Duties
Council duties are divided among the primary leadership roles:
Student Council President: Provides leadership, oversees meetings, and speaks at assemblies.
Student Council Vice President: Acts as the president’s voice among students, gathering feedback and concerns.
Student Council Secretary: Records attendance, documents conflicts and resolutions, and provides reports to the student body.
Student Council Treasurer: Manages funding for events, clubs, and sports, coordinating sponsorship and fundraising.
d) Discipline
Student Council members may discipline students for transgressions against school rules or Council authority. Faculty typically do not intervene unless the Council refers a case upward. Students who refuse Council punishment risk harsher consequences from faculty or administrators. Council members may assign creative or restorative punishments, but not corporal ones. If a punishment is ignored, the matter may be escalated to faculty or school administration.
e) Student Council Forums
Council members are encouraged to use the Student Council Forum and Discord channel (#student-council) for tracking activities, meetings, and event planning. Council members have moderation rights within their forum section. Special event threads or Discord channels may be requested from the Discord Manager or administrators.
f) Student Council Dorms
All Council members reside in an exclusive dorm reserved for them. Entry by non-members is by invitation only, except in emergencies or suspected rule violations. Council members may rezz limited objects in their dorms according to Prim Usage Guidelines.
